5 easy ways to register: For Community Education Classes

1.  ONLINE.  Sign in at www.biglakece.com and register with Visa or Mastercard for the class of your choice.
2.  BY FAX.  Fill out the registration form including your Visa or Mastercard number and fax it to 763.262.2529.
3.  IN PERSON.  Visit us in the Community Education Office, Independence Elementary (enter door J).  Hours  M-F:  7:30 am-4:00 pm
4.  BY MAIL.  Mail your registration, check, money order, or Visa or Mastercard information to:  Big Lake Community Education, 701 Minnesota Ave., Big Lake, MN  55309.  Make checks  payable to:  BLCE

FEE ASSISTANCE

Scholarships are offered for ONE youth class per quarter (fall, winter, spring) based on a sliding fee scale (see below).  Call 763.262.2523 (BLCE) for more information.  All scholarship registrations must be done through the Community Education Services office.

Find your family size and gross annual income to determine if you pay the full fee, half fee, or quarter fee.  If your family income is greater than the last column, you pay the full amount. 

SENIOR CITIZENS

All senior citizens, ages 60+, who are residents of District 727 may register for up to two Community Education classes per quarter for 1/2 the regular price of the class.  Just indicate on your registration form you are a senior.  NOTE: This discount does NOT apply to trips, special events, or classes that indicate otherwise.  All material fees must be paid in full by the participant.  Senior class discounts must be registered through the Community Education Services Office.

REFUNDS

• It is the policy of Big Lake Community Education to issue full refunds for a class/activity if it is canceled due to insufficient enrollment.
• Individuals dropping out of a class prior to the class date will be issued a refund minus a $5 handling fee.  NO refunds will be issued the day of class.
• Supply fees cannot be refunded.
• NO refunds will be issued for trips after the “registration deadline.”
• If a class is paid for with cash or a check, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing time to receive your check refund.
